Vitamin A is an antioxidant, inhibiting the damage caused by free radicals. Studies have shown that Vitamin A also reduces the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and dark circles.

Replace soda and sugary soft drinks with water. Hydration is key in maintaining beautiful glowing skin.
